2. Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Data may be processed on servers outside the EU. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested file, referrer URL and browser information, in order to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare offers a data processing addendum covering Art. 28 GDPR and transfers on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We do not use cookies, advertising or analytics tools. If you use the light/dark switch, your browser stores your choice locally (localStorage entry "i2b-thema"). It is not sent to us.

4. External links

The pages link to external sources (authorities, universities, advice centres). Their own privacy notices apply.

5. Contact form and e-mail

If you send the contact form, you transmit your name, e-mail address, chosen topic and message to the form service Web3Forms (USA), which delivers it to our mailbox. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR and your consent given by submitting the form. We rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The data is used only to answer your enquiry and deleted after twelve months at the latest, unless a legal retention duty applies. If you write by e-mail to [email protected], the same applies; the mailbox is operated with Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Please do not send passport copies, decisions or other sensitive data unless asked to.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
